New Showroom Opens

Stevens Services welcome you to a new exciting feature of a full working design showroom that offers the update Technology within the Washroom Sector. We cater for toughest of enviroments right down to the smallest of requirements within our ranges. We have several display stands including Twyford Bathrooms, Dart valley Systems, Grohe, etc.

Roehampton University Washroom

This project was awarded to us by Manchuna Decorators, who initially contacted us as approved Twyford Bushboard installers. Subsequently, we provided them with a cost to supply and install a total washroom package to completely refurbish the student WCs and shower blocks and form new drying rooms.

We installed a Bushboard Continuum Washroom System providing new cubicles and vanities to the toilet areas, together with new sanitaryware and fittings throughout.

The shower areas were updated by installing new shower cubicles complete with push-button shower fittings and fixed shower heads.

The areas were further improved by installing new suspended ceilings with recessed light fittings and by fitting new ceramic floor and wall tiles.

The works were completed over a period of 11 weeks and we are sure the students are now happy to be using these pleasant new facilities.

Budget Cost: £150,000.00 + VAT
